Example: 1-9 is referring to Chapter 1, problem #9 in Core Connections 1 textbook
CPM supports and encourages students to work and discover mathematical problem solving together in Study Teams
10/7-10/10: This week we are starting chapter 2. Our focus will be on Arithmetic Strategies and Area. Students will go deeper in the areas of Area and Perimeter, interpreting data, and will continue to focus on multiplication. The plan this week is to work on lessons 2.1.2 through 2.2.2. (Histograms, Stem and Leaf Plots, Square units and Area of rectanges). For each evening, students will be assigned the "Review and Preview" problems at the end of the lesson for homework.
